The Fine Print

Once the order has been reviewed, payment received, and details confirmed, each image will be custom printed. Upon completion, the image will undergo careful packaging for direct shipping to your location. Standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States is included for most images, with potential shipping options for areas outside the lower 48 states. Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available. If you require more information, please reach out to us at gwen@gwengg.com. Anticipate a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, as my goal is for your beautiful art piece to arrive in a timely manner and ready for your viewing pleasure.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS.

EXCHANGES - Items are only replaced if they are damaged during shipment. If your art arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and the packaging and email gwen@gwengg.com.  Notice of damaged artwork must be submitted within 24 hours upon documented delivery date by the shipping courier. Please save all packing material, as it may be required by the shipping partner to determine if the package was damaged in shipping.  Replacements will not be offered for artwork damaged by the recipient. 

Gwen GG owns the copyright to all images.  It is illegal to copy, scan, print, or reproduce photographs by Gwen GG without a paid print release.

The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving us, the artists, exclusive rights to reproduce artwork.  Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home, or downloading from our website or social media. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Gwen GG is committed to your privacy.  Information collected from clients in person, over the phone, emails, or through the website is strictly confidential.  Gwen GG will not sell or exchange names or any other personal information about clients with third parties, and work to ensure your personal information is secure at all times.
